Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Everest Management Coaching is an Executive Coaching company founded by Coach Rylie Ding. Rylie is an Executive and Professional Coach trained by Erickson Coaching International's ICF-Certification Program. Rylie is also experienced with Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Rylie has been a management executive leading high-performing teams in management consulting and Fortune 500 healthcare companies in New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai.
